RETURNS POLICY- this only applies to goods ordered on our web site (not in our showroom or over the telephone)
We naturally want you to be delighted with both the quality of goods and our service everytime you shop with us. Occasionally though, we know you may want to return items.
Further, under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel the contract of any of these items within a period of 7 working days, beginning with the day on which the item is delivered. This applies to all our produts, however, we regret that we cannot accept cancellations of contract for items that have been used or are returned incomplete.
If you wish to return any item please e-mail us for a returns reference; unfortunately, without such a reference no return can be accepted.
To cancel the contract, please ensure the item is packed securely in the original box and returned to us with the reference clearly marked on the box. Please ensure all documentation and/or accessories are included. We must receive it within 7 working days after the day of date that the item was delivered to you.
For your protection we recommend you use a recorded delivery service.
